The Story Behind iCG
The iCG company began with 2 professionals in their industries, Jason Estes in Technology and Chris Hall in Sales. They sat together at a kitchen table in Lexington, KY in 2008. They envisioned the plan to create a virtual software that lets customers pay with credit cards online, with the added element of allowing them to use ACH at a lower cost. This would give the consumer an efficient alternative payment method within this robust payment gateway. This infrastructure lent to developing a variety of solutions business owners could use, such as SMS and email invoicing, IVR bill pay, Quickbooks integration, and so much more. They opened up a competitive edge in the marketplace within any industry. Sectors benefitting most from this payment technology include healthcare, financing, municipalities, utilities, insurance, banking, and education.
Their entrepreneurial dreams became a reality, authoring and owning the proprietary rights to the virtual software code to launch the first payment 13 years ago. Then, year after year, the iCG team grew to develop more secure payment solutions that their ISO, ISV, and other merchant partners request.
